The name of our company is PersonaliAI. We are a tool for collecting, organizing, and managing your personal digital information—including emails, calendars, and tasks—through a conversational AI interface ("Kin").
This is a privacy policy and the reason we have it is to tell you how we collect, manage, store, and use your information.
Just so we’re clear, whenever we say “we,” “us,” “our,” or “ourselves”, we’re talking about PersonaliAI and whenever we say “you” or “your,” we’re talking about the person or business who has decided to use our services.
We value and respect your privacy. That is why we strive to only use your information when we think that doing so improves your experience in using our services. If you feel that we could improve in this mission in any way, or if you have a complaint or concern, please let us know by sending us your feedback to the following email address: support@personaliai.com.
Personally identifiable information (also, “PII”) is data that can be used to contact or identify a single person. We collect the following categories of information:
We share your messages and audio data with Google to provide the AI reasoning and processing. Their enterprise privacy policy ensures your data is not used to train their base models.
We share your account data, chat logs, and encrypted tokens with Supabase for data storage and authentication. Their policy is here: https://supabase.com/privacy
We share your email and payment info to run the initial and subsequent payments for our services. This information is sent directly to them. We do not retain your credit card information internally.
According to the laws of the European Union, anyone in those countries has the right to:
The CCPA provides California residents specific rights to restrict, access, and delete their collected information. Subject to the requirements and limitations under the CCPA, these rights include:
We will retain your personally identifiable information until you request in writing that we delete or otherwise remove your information as part of our normal business processes.
Our business is operated in the United States and global cloud infrastructures. If you live in Europe, your information will be transferred into the United States for processing. The United States might not have the same level of data protection as your country provides.
The following policy applies to our Windows desktop applications — Peaktime and FolderLock Pro — available as one-time purchases on the Microsoft Store.
Data collected: App usage duration, focus session records, meeting timer segments, and productivity categories. All data is stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your device (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Peaktime\data.db).
No data leaves your device. Peaktime operates entirely offline. No usage data, app names, or session records are ever transmitted to PersonaliAI or any third party.
Idle detection: Peaktime reads Windows system APIs to detect keyboard and mouse inactivity. This information is used locally in real time to pause tracking and is never stored or transmitted.
No account required. Peaktime does not require sign-in, email, or any personally identifiable information to operate.
Data deletion: To delete all Peaktime data, delete the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Peaktime\ from your device.
Data collected: FolderLock Pro stores only a list of locked folder paths and metadata (folder name, lock status) locally on your device (%APPDATA%\FolderLock-Pro\). No file contents are ever read, stored, or transmitted by PersonaliAI.
Passwords are never stored or transmitted. Your encryption password is used solely at the time of locking or unlocking to derive a cryptographic key using Argon2id. The password is held in memory only for the duration of the operation and immediately discarded. It is never written to disk or sent anywhere.
100% offline. FolderLock Pro requires no internet connection. All encryption and decryption is performed locally using AES-256-GCM. No data is sent to PersonaliAI, cloud services, or any third party.
No account required. FolderLock Pro does not require sign-in, email, or any personal information.
Data deletion: To remove all app data, uninstall the application and delete %APPDATA%\FolderLock-Pro\. Your encrypted files remain on disk — only your password can decrypt them.
Both Windows apps are distributed through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft's own privacy practices govern the purchase and download process. See privacy.microsoft.com for details.
